Security of Your Information

SCC uses Square to process financial transactions for counseling services. No financial data is stored or processed on a local server when processing payments. All these transactions are processed through their PCI-compliant service. SCC is not liable for PII collected from Square, but you can read more about your privacy rights at Square.
SCC will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary in order to manage our relationship with you, fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as necessary or as permitted or required by law. This data is only accessible to a limited number of persons who need access to the information to perform the services requested.
