Fees & Payment
Why is there a cost range?
Recognizing financial situations can vary significantly from one household to the next, I offer a “payment range” of $100-$140 for counseling.
Clients can evaluate their income and life circumstances to determine a range amount that feels manageable to pay. Proof of income is not required; I trust you are well aware of what you can afford, and I will honor your decision.
The determined fee will be paid in full at the start of each session unless other arrangements have been made. Discounts/scholarships are sometimes available, so please feel free to inquire if that is needed.
Is there a late fee?
If an invoice is sent out, it needs to be paid in a timely manner. If not paid by the end of the month there will be a $35 late fee added. Also, please view my cancellation policy.
Can I bill my insurance?
Sparrow Christian Counseling is private pay and does not bill insurance.
How do I pay for sessions?
1. Venmo me (@Luke-Hanes-1) or CA$H it ($sparrowchristian).
2. Cash, check, or major cards
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. There is a small transaction fee when paying by card.
If paying by check, please have it filled out ahead of time. Checks are payable to: Sparrow Christian Counseling
